

Cancellation Policy
1. Standard Cancellations
• Free Cancellation: Clients may cancel their booking at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time with no cancellation fee.
• Late Cancellation (less than 48 hours): Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total service cost.
• Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours): Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost
• Same-Day Cancellation: Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled service will incur a 100% cancellation fee, as staff and resources are allocated in advance.
2. No-Show Policy
If our cleaning team arrives at the property and is unable to access it or the service cannot be completed due to client-related issues (e.g no key provided, entry denied), this will be treated as a Same-Day Cancellation, and the full service fee will apply.
3. Rescheduling
Clients may request one complimentary rescheduling per booking, provided notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to a $30 administrative fee.
4. Refunds
• Refunds are only issued in line with this Cancellation Policy.
• No refunds will be issued after a service has been completed, except under rare circumstances, assessed at our discretion.
• If dissatisfied, clients may request a complimentary re-clean as our primary resolution option. No refunds will be given after a re-clean has been provided.
5. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or service failures due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, or emergencies. Refer to our Client Service Agreement for full details.
